Bedrock Successfully Completes its Sale of its NE Wisconsin Division to Tushaus Computer Services
NEENAH, WI, 25 January 2007 - Bedrock Managed Services & Consulting today announced the finalization of the sale of its Northeast Wisconsin division to Tushaus Computer Services, Inc. This will enable Bedrock to focus on the Mid-size to Enterprise business market in Southern Wisconsin and the Chicagoland area. This strategic decision is directly in line with its vision to be the premier Microsoft infrastructure solutions and Managed Services provider in its geography and it is the right move to take the vision to the next level. Mark Bakken will remain as CEO of Bedrock. Ed Luck, co-founder of Bedrock, will continue his success by leading the Fox Valley Technical Services practice for Tushaus.
